CronoMeter
One of the best free diet downloads ever.  It is just a HUGE HUGE HUGE database of various foods and their exact nutrients.  It's a great program for clean eating tracking.  It shows you what vitamins, macronutrients, etc are low or high in your diet.  Amazing program and now there is a web version too.  Nothing gives in-depth diet analysis like CronoMeter.  (and no, they don't pay me to say that)



My Fitness Pal App
There are two parts to this.  First is an exercise tracker.  So convenient!  You just choose what you're going to do (e.g. walking, running, etc) and hit "start."  It tracks where you are via GPS and later tells you how far you walked or ran, along calories burned.  It can also work in stationary mode for gym workouts.  It plays music while you work out too!  Second is the calorie counter, which is pretty standard but good.  If you want the whole diet program in one place, this is a great app for weight loss.

CalorieCounter App
Calorie Counter is an amazing online community.  As an actual calorie counting service, it stands out by allowing you to input your own recipes and then make them public.  Calorie counters are largely similar, but the community is accessible through this mobile app, and that makes CC a standout.
